My name is Richard John Clifford and you have arrived at my own personal space on the World Wide Web. It has taken a long time for me to publish this site as I have struggled to find the patience to put it all together. Thirty years ago I arrived in the USA with a thousand dollars in my pocket Today I'm comfortable and want for very little. Many events transpired on the journey between now and then. As I grow closer to retirement it's time to reflect on my experiences.
I'd love to write a book about people I have met and places I have been, but I know it would be difficult to find words to capture things acurately, and do everyone justice.
